Defects

In the Site Dashboard selecting any of the 3 defect boxes at the top of the page will bring up the defects selection page and a complete list of outstanding defects filtered by the relevant Code defect number depending on which box was selected.

The code filter can be then changed or the defects can be further filtered by
Date reported: from - to selected via a calendar and / or by Report name: i.e. inspection type selected from the drop‑down list

Action Defects

Report name: i.e. inspection type selected from the drop‑down list

Location: selecting the box will give a list of existing locations.

Clicking the  Search  button will filter the results

A New Code Defect can be manually added including Defects arising from 3rd Party PAT or casual inspections as well as from Fixed Wiring reports.

Similar to Action Defects there is a tab to view Completed Defects with the same filter and selection capability with the addition of an archive button.¹.
