Shark ESMS Documents Site Documents

This can be used to store any relevant documents as required by the company, and can be setup and amended by anyone with a managers login.

The above are examples, each company will have its own folders and these can then vary by site as required.

Additional sections might be, ‘Data Sheets’, ‘Manuals’, ‘RAMS’ ‘Site Plans’ ‘Thermographic Survey, Calibrations etc.

HSE Documents

The HSE Documents Group exists under the Site documents by default. It is maintained by Shark ESMS and contains HSE Guidelines, and other reference documents.

Each document can be Downloaded

archive archived
edit or edited and a new file uploaded or name changed.

New Site Documents

To add a new Site Document section select New Site Document and type in the ‘Document name if a single document is to be added else add the Group name for a folder.

Select the option Show on Engineer/Electrician view if you want this group to be available in the Engineers view and Save it. It will then appear in the Site Documents above.

To add a new document to any existing group.

Select the relevant Site Documents group e.g. Schematic Drawings and select the New Schematic Drawings folder

Type in the name of the document and click Browse… to add the new document. edit

Select the pencil to change any existing details e.g. name
