This can be used to store any relevant documents as required by the company, and can be setup and amended by anyone with a managers login.
Additional sections might be, ‘Data Sheets’, ‘Manuals’, ‘RAMS’ ‘Site Plans’ ‘Thermographic Survey, Calibrations etc.
The HSE Documents Group exists under the Site documents by default. It is maintained by Shark ESMS and contains HSE Guidelines, and other reference documents.
Each document can be Downloaded
archived
or edited and a new file uploaded or name changed.
To add a new Site Document section select New Site Document and type in the ‘Document name if a single document is to be added else add the Group name for a folder.
Select the option Show on Engineer/Electrician view if you want this group to be available in the Engineers view and Save it. It will then appear in the Site Documents above.
Select the relevant Site Documents group e.g. Schematic Drawings and select the New Schematic Drawings folder
